Company & Group

Who is Zhejiang Ruipu Technology and what is your relationship with Tsingshan Holding Group?
Zhejiang Ruipu Technology Co., Ltd. is a first-class subsidiary of Tsingshan Holding Group, one of the world's largest stainless steel producers. We are dedicated to R&D, production and sales of special stainless steel bars and wire rods. Our two production bases are located in the Gaogang and Xiaozhi industrial zones of Qingtian County, Zhejiang Province, China, with more than 1,300 employees and an annual capacity of 300,000 tons of bars and 500,000 tons of wire rods.
Do you have export experience and can you serve overseas markets?
Yes. As part of Tsingshan Holding Group we serve international markets across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. We handle export documentation, certificates of origin, and coordination with your nominated freight forwarder, and our English-speaking team supports the full inquiry-to-delivery process.

Products & Standards

What product range do you supply?
We supply special stainless steel long products: bars (round, flat, square) and wire rods. Wire rod specifications cover Φ5.0–34 mm; bar specifications cover Φ16–350 mm; tool-steel flat bars cover thickness 20–120 mm × width 305–610 mm. Main series include free-cutting stainless steel, welding-grade stainless steel, energy & chemical corrosion-resistant steel, die steel, valve steel, and soft-magnetic stainless steel for solenoid valves.
Which international standards can your products meet?
Our materials can be supplied to ASTM (e.g. A276, A580, A564), EN (e.g. EN 10088, EN 10272, EN 10088-3), JIS, GB and customer-specific equivalents. On request we can align chemical composition and mechanical properties to the standard you specify for your project or market.
Do you offer OEM, custom grades or specific size processing?
Yes. We support custom grades, controlled chemical composition, specific mechanical properties, peeled/turned bars, straightening, cutting-to-length, and customer-specific packing. Our in-house R&D institute (Zhejiang Ruipu Special Steel Research Institute) can develop tailored alloys for welding, medical, energy and automotive applications.

Quality & Certification

What certifications and approvals do you hold?
We are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Our products are recognised by major classification societies including China CCS, USA ABS, France BV, UK LR and Germany GL (DNV.GL). We also hold European PED, German AD 2000-W0 and ASME quality approvals, and obtained IATF 16949 automotive quality certification in 2017.
Can you provide a Mill Test Certificate (MTC / EN 10204 3.1)?
Yes. Every shipment is accompanied by a Mill Test Certificate (3.1 according to EN 10204) showing heat number, chemical composition, mechanical properties and inspection results. Heat numbers are fully traceable to production and we can provide additional third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, BV) on request.

Order & Delivery

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead time?
MOQ depends on grade and size. For common austenitic grades in standard sizes, MOQ is usually 1–2 metric tons; for special or made-to-order alloys it may be higher. Typical lead time is 25–45 days after order confirmation and deposit; exact timing is confirmed based on grade, quantity and current furnace schedule.
How are the products packed and what are the shipping terms?
Bars are typically bundled with steel strapping and protected with anti-rust paper and woven cloth; wire rods are supplied in coils. We work with both FOB and CIF terms and can ship from Ningbo or Shanghai ports. Detailed packing and marking follow your requirements and are confirmed before production.
What are your accepted payment terms?
Common terms are T/T (30% deposit and 70% against copy of B/L) or irrevocable L/C at sight. For long-term partners or frame contracts we can discuss tailored arrangements. Exact terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice and sales contract.
